This marks his first appearance in first-class cricket since his serious car accident in December 2022. Rishabh Pant recently shared a motivational message on social media, reflecting on his journey back to cricket.

He stated on Instagram, “I try not to have expectations because they can tend to tear you apart. I try to work as hard as I possibly can and give every ounce of a hundred percent & keep learning from it.” This mindset has guided him through a challenging recovery period, and fans are excited to see him back in action.

Pant’s comeback is set to be a significant boost for the India National Cricket Team as they look ahead to an intense Test season.
