The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has finally revealed the eagerly anticipated schedule for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024.
The BCCI has only released the schedule for the first 15 days of the prestigious tournament, with the remaining matches set to be announced once the dates for the General Elections are confirmed.

During the initial two weeks, IPL will present four double-headers on Saturdays and Sundays.
All ten franchises will start their campaign by the end of the first week, starting with Punjab Delhi Capitals facing Punjab Kings, followed by Kolkata Knight Riders taking on Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first double-header.
On Sunday, there will be an exciting double-header featuring Rajasthan Royals versus Lucknow SuperGiants in the afternoon and Gujarat Titans against Mumbai Indians, last year’s runner-up and five-time champions respectively.
This sets the stage for the newly-appointed MI captain to face his former team and teammate, Shubman Gill.
